Edit a relation
DETAILED PROCEDURE
Here is a detailed procedure for editing a relation in Prodon Web.
Search for a client
- Open the client management section.
- Click on the column header to activate the search.
- Type the name of the client to search.
- Click “Apply” to filter the search results.
Select the client
- In the list of search results, click on the client you wish to edit.
Access relations
- Once in the client’s profile, click on the “Relations” tab.
Edit an existing relation
- In the list of relations, click on the one you want to modify.
- Click the pencil icon to edit.
Edit relation information
- Click “View more information” to display all available fields.
- Edit the necessary fields, for example:
- Title (e.g., Administrative Assistant)
- Department
- Address
- Phone number
- Start / End date
- Notes
- Primary contact / for receipts
Save changes
- Click “Save” to record the changes.
- The modifications are then applied to the client’s profile.
