Edit a relation


DETAILED PROCEDURE

Here is a detailed procedure for editing a relation in Prodon Web.


 Search for a client

  • Open the client management section.
  • Click on the column header to activate the search.
  • Type the name of the client to search.
  • Click “Apply” to filter the search results.

Select the client

  • In the list of search results, click on the client you wish to edit.

Access relations

  • Once in the client’s profile, click on the “Relations” tab.

Edit an existing relation

  • In the list of relations, click on the one you want to modify.
  • Click the pencil icon to edit.

Edit relation information

  • Click “View more information” to display all available fields.
  • Edit the necessary fields, for example:
    • Title (e.g., Administrative Assistant)
    • Department
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • Start / End date
    • Notes
    • Primary contact / for receipts

Save changes

  • Click “Save” to record the changes.
  • The modifications are then applied to the client’s profile.
