Edit a relation


DETAILED PROCEDURE

Here is a detailed procedure for editing a relation in Prodon Web.


 Search for a client

Open the client management section.
Click on the column header to activate the search.
Type the name of the client to search.
Click “Apply” to filter the search results.

Select the client

In the list of search results, click on the client you wish to edit.

Access relations

Once in the client’s profile, click on the “Relations” tab.

Edit an existing relation

In the list of relations, click on the one you want to modify.
Click the pencil icon to edit.

Edit relation information

Click “View more information” to display all available fields.
Edit the necessary fields, for example:
    • Title (e.g., Administrative Assistant)
    • Department
    • Address
    • Phone number
    • Start / End date
    • Notes
    • Primary contact / for receipts

Save changes

Click “Save” to record the changes.
The modifications are then applied to the client’s profile.
