FAQ – Edit a relation
1. How do I search for a client in Prodon?
You can search for a client by clicking on the column header in the client management section, then typing the client’s name and clicking “Apply.”
2. How do I access a client’s profile?
Once the client is found in the list, simply click on their name to open their profile.
3. Where can I edit a client’s relation?
In the client’s profile, click on the “Relations” tab to view and edit existing relation.
4. How do I edit an existing relation?

Click on the relation you want to modify.

Click the pencil icon to edit.

Click “View more information” to access all editable fields.
5. What information can I edit in a relation?
You can edit:

The relation title
-
The department
-
The address
-
The phone number
-
Start and end dates
-
Notes
-
Primary contact and contact for receipts options
6. How do I save the changes?
After making your changes, click “Save.”
The modifications will be applied immediately.
7. What if I want to cancel the changes?
Click “Cancel” before saving to revert to the previous state.
