Adding a transaction using a form (via a client record)

 

 


DETAILED PROCEDURE


Access the Client File

In the main menu, click “Clients.”
Search for the client using the search bar.
Once you find the client, click on their row to open the file.

Open the Web Form

In the client file, click “Fill out a form.”
From the dropdown list, select the appropriate Web form, then click “Confirm.”
Click “Confirm” again to proceed.

Fill Out the Transaction Form

Enter all required information for the transaction.
Select the appropriate payment method, then click “Confirm.”

Review the Web Transaction

Once the transaction is completed, a page will display the Web transaction details.

Import the Transaction into Prodon Web

Return to Prodon Web, then go to the “Transactions” section.
Click “Imports.”
Click “Import” to begin the import process.
You may continue working in Prodon Web while the import is running.
Once the import is complete, a message will appear. Click “OK.”
