FAQ – Adding a Transaction Through a Form (via a Client File)

1. Where can I add a transaction for a client?

You can add a transaction directly from the client’s file, accessible through the Clients section.


2. How do I access a client’s file?

Open the Clients tab, search for the client using the search bar, then click their row to open the file.


3. How do I begin adding a transaction through a form?

In the client file, click “Fill out a form.”


4. Which form should I select?

From the dropdown menu, choose the appropriate Web form, then click Confirm.


5. What information must I fill out in the form?

You must complete:

  • the required transaction information,
  • the payment method,
  • all mandatory fields in the form.

6. How do I complete the transaction in the form?

Choose the payment method, fill in the necessary details, then click Confirm to submit the transaction.


7. Where can I view the Web transaction details?

After submitting, the page will automatically display the Web transaction details.


8. How do I import the Web transaction into Prodon Web?

  1. Return to Prodon Web.
  2. Go to the Transactions section.
  3. Click Imports.
  4. Click Import.

9. Can I continue working during the import?

Yes. You can continue working in Prodon while the import is processing.


10. How do I know when the import is complete?

A confirmation message will appear. Click OK to acknowledge it.
