Add a relationship
DETAILED PROCEDURE
Here is a detailed procedure for adding a relationship in Prodon Web.
Access the Relations Section
- Open the record of the relevant client.
- Click on the “Relations” tab.
Add a New Relationship
- Click the “Add” button in the top right corner.
Define the Type of Relationship
- Select the appropriate relationship type (e.g., parent, partner, employer, etc.).
- If needed, click the button to reverse the relationship type.
- Choose whether the relationship involves an individual or a company.
Search for the Individual or Company
- In the search bar, enter the name of the individual or company.
- Click “Search.”
Select or Create a Record
- If the person or company already exists, select them from the list.
- Otherwise, click:
- “Add new individual”
- “Add new company”
Finalize the Relationship
- Click “Next.”
- (Optional) Fill in the additional information.
- Click “Add” to save the relationship.
