Add a relationship


DETAILED PROCEDURE

Here is a detailed procedure for adding a relationship in Prodon Web.


Access the Relations Section

  • Open the record of the relevant client.
  • Click on the “Relations” tab.

Add a New Relationship

  • Click the “Add” button in the top right corner.

Define the Type of Relationship

  • Select the appropriate relationship type (e.g., parent, partner, employer, etc.).
  • If needed, click the button to reverse the relationship type.
  • Choose whether the relationship involves an individual or a company.

Search for the Individual or Company

  • In the search bar, enter the name of the individual or company.
  • Click “Search.”

Select or Create a Record

  • If the person or company already exists, select them from the list.
  • Otherwise, click:
    • “Add new individual”
    • “Add new company”

Finalize the Relationship

  • Click “Next.”
  • (Optional) Fill in the additional information.
  • Click “Add” to save the relationship.
