FAQ - Add a relationship
1. Where can I add a relationship for a client?
In the client’s record, click on the “Relations” tab, then click “Add” in the top right corner.
2. What types of relationships can I create?
You can choose from various types of relationships (e.g., parent, partner, employer, etc.).
The type should be selected based on the link between the two entities.
3. What if the relationship type is reversed?
You can click the designated button to reverse the relationship type if needed.
4. Can I create a relationship with a person or a company?
Yes.
You can create a relationship with:
- An individual
- A company
5. How do I search for a person or a company?
Use the search bar to enter the name, then click “Search.”
If the record exists, you’ll be able to select it.
6. What if the person or company doesn’t exist?
You can click:
- “Add new individual”
- “Add new company”
This will allow you to create the record before establishing the relationship.
7. Can I add additional information?
Yes.
Once the relationship is selected, you can fill in additional information before clicking “Add.”
