🧭 Steps to use the chatbot

  1. Access the portal
    🔗 Go to: https://signin.logilys.com
  2. Start the conversation
    🗨️ Click on the chat icon located at the bottom right of the screen.
  3. Interact with the chatbot
    💬 Choose an option from those provided, or type your question directly.
  4. Receive an appropriate response
    📚 The chatbot will provide you with information or links to relevant resources.

⚠️ What the chatbot cannot do

🚫 No transfer to an agent for now
The chatbot is fully automated. It is not possible to chat with a member of the Logilys team through this interface.

🔐 No access to your client database
For confidentiality reasons, the chatbot does not have access to your environment or Prodon data.
It therefore cannot:
- View your reports or receipts
- Verify donor data
- Answer questions specific to your account

💡 Prodon Web is under development.
Some features may not yet be available. They will be added progressively.

🔁 In the meantime, you can continue using Prodon Classic to access all available features.
