Copy files from the computer to the hosted service

DETAILED PROCEDURE

Here is a detailed procedure for copying files from your computer to our hosted service.

Accessing the Hosted Service Interface

Log in to the hosted service.
Click on the grey arrow at the top of the screen to open the transfer options.

Starting the Transfer from Your Computer

Click the “From PC to server” button.

Selecting the File to Transfer

A file selection window will open.
Browse through your folders to find the file you want to transfer.
Select the file, then click “Open.”

Completing the Transfer

The file will be automatically transferred to the desktop of the hosted environment.
You can then move or use it as needed.
