FAQ - Copy files from the computer to the hosted service

1. How do I access the hosted service interface?

Log in to the hosted service.
Click on the grey arrow located at the top of the hosting interface to open the transfer options.

2. How do I start the transfer from my computer?

Click the “From PC to server” button.

3. How do I select the file to transfer?

A file selection window will open.
Browse through your folders to find the file you want to transfer.
Select the file, then click “Open.”

4. How do I complete the transfer?

The file will be automatically transferred to the desktop of the hosted environment (remote server desktop).
You can then move or use it as needed.
