Adding characteristics to transactions and clients
DETAILED PROCEDURE
Characteristics allow you to qualify, structure, and enrich the information associated with clients and transactions.
General overview of characteristics
Characteristics are added using:
- a unified search bar
which acts as both an input field and a dropdown menu
This functionality allows you to:
- quickly search for an existing characteristic
- display the complete list of available options
- add individual characteristics or predefined groups of characteristics
Adding characteristics to a transaction
Access the client
- Click on the "Clients" tab in the main menu.
- Use the search tool to locate the desired client.
- Click on the client to open their profile.
Create a transaction
- In the client profile, click "Add a transaction".
- The transaction creation window will open.
Access the “Characteristics” section
- Locate the "Characteristics" section in the transaction.
- Click the "Add" button to begin adding.
Select a characteristic
In the unified search bar:
- type the name of the desired characteristic
or - click the arrow to display the list of available characteristics
Select the desired characteristic.
Enter characteristic values
- After selection, an entry window will open.
- Complete all required fields associated with the characteristic.
- Verify the accuracy of the entered information.
- Click "Add" to confirm.
Adding a group of characteristics (Transaction)
Access the group option
- In the "Characteristics" section, locate the "Add" button.
- Click the arrow next to the button.
Add a group
- Select "Add a group of characteristics".
- Choose the desired group of characteristics.
- Click "Add".
Adding characteristics to a client profile
Access client characteristics
- Open the relevant client profile.
- Click on the "Characteristics" tab.
Add characteristics to the client

Click "Add" in the characteristics section.

Repeat the same steps as for a transaction:
- search or select the characteristic
- enter the values
- confirm using the "Add" button
