1. Where do I start to make a deposit?

To begin, click on the “Transactions” menu in your interface.


2. What should I do after clicking on “Transactions”?

Then, select the “Deposit” option.


3. What is the “Batch Type”?

The batch type refers to the category of transactions you want to group for the deposit.
Choose the appropriate type based on your situation.


4. Can I deposit only my own transactions?

Yes.
You have two options:

  • Deposit all transactions
  • Deposit only my transactions

Select the one that best suits your needs.


5. Can I change the deposit date?

Yes.
You can change the deposit date by typing it in or selecting it from the calendar.


6. How do I choose the bank account for the deposit?

Once the batch type is selected, you will need to choose the bank account where the amount will be deposited.


7. Can I include specific reports in the deposit?

Yes.
A checkbox allows you to select the reports you want to include.


8. How do I finalize the deposit?

Click the “Start” button to execute the deposit.


9. How do I know if the deposit was successful?

A confirmation message will appear once all steps have been successfully completed.
