Accessing the client record

In Prodon Web, open the Clients tab.
Select the client for whom you wish to view the RFM indicator.


Understanding the RFM indicator in the client file

The RFM indicator evaluates a donor’s giving behavior and habits:

  • R – Recency: indicates whether a transaction was made recently (date).
  • F – Frequency: represents the total number of transactions.
  • M – Monetary Value: corresponds to the cumulative donation amount.

Color coding

  • Green: high score
  • Brown: medium score
  • Red: low score

Adding the RFM indicator to a view in Prodon

Accessing the view settings

  1. Open Prodon Classique.
  2. Go to Client Management.
  3. Select the view you want to modify.

Searching for the RFM fields

  1. Search for the term RFM.

Adding the fields

  1. Select the three RFM elements from the left column.
  2. Move them to the right column in the desired order for your view.
  3. Click Apply to save the changes.

Viewing the RFM indicator in Prodon

Once added in Prodon Classique, the RFM indicators will be visible:

  • in your customized view in Prodon Classique, and
  • automatically in Prodon Web.
