FAQ - Prodon Web Integration

1. What are the ways to integrate a user into Prodon Web?

There are two methods:

  • Through the “Access Prodon Web” menu in your Classic Prodon
  • Through User Management in the Settings menu of your Classic Prodon

2. What happens after clicking “Access Prodon Web” in my Classic Prodon?

An email will be sent to you with the link “Set up my password”.
You will need to:

  • Create a password
  • Confirm it
  • Log in using your email and password

3. How do I grant access to Prodon Web to a user via User Management in Classic Prodon?

Yes.

  • Go to Configuration > Users (in your Classic Prodon)
  • Double-click on the relevant user
  • Make sure their email address is correctly entered
  • Click “Authorized access to Prodon Web”
  • The user will receive an email to set up their password

4. What should I do if I don’t receive the activation email?

  • Check your junk/spam folder
  • Make sure the email address is correct in the user profile
  • Our emails may be blocked by your domain; if you don’t have access to it, please contact your IT department.
  • Contact technical support if the issue persists

5. What should I do after setting my password?

  • Click “OK”
  • Log in using your email and password
  • You will be redirected to the Prodon Web home page
