00:00: Welcome to the feature spotlight for Prodon version five zero twenty-three.

00:08: First new feature is, user management.

00:16: where we can add new users and assign them groups.

00:24: Next features are electronic transactions. From the header, you'll have access to

00:29: your electronic transactions.

00:34: where you can see the different transactions with their status. and do the

00:38: appropriate process, like depositing your accepted transaction or correcting your

00:42: denied transaction.

00:44: Next we have new web forms.

00:46: We now have access to donation and events web forms which mostly had the options to

00:52: manage multiple activities and participants.

00:59: Choose your occasion, and click next.

01:06: then Enter the information regarding the participants. activate the necessary

01:11: information and what is required

01:18: Another new feature is the mass mailing and communication history. Under clients,

01:23: transaction, or commitments,

01:25: you can now do mass mailings.

01:29: From the menu under communication you'll have client mass mailing in this example.

01:34: You can choose a letter and choose whether or not to keep a record of that

01:37: communication.

01:45: Next, you're now allowed to produce custom reports under the menu.

01:50: under export, you'll find reports.

01:58: And a single click on your report will produce and download that report for you

02:02: under the browser.

02:06: Next, the commitments are now part of Prodon Web. Under a client file.

02:10: In commitments, you can now add new commitments.

02:15: In this example, a 5000 commitment over three years.

02:21: Enter the payment amount, the frequency (weekly, monthly, or yearly), the start date of

02:26: the commitment, and the number of payments to be received.

02:33: Also, existing commitments will now show a summary of the key indicators

02:37: in a left sidebar.

02:39: The other new feature is the tasks.

02:41: You can now add and manage your tasks from Prodon web.

02:49: Click "Add" to create a new task.

02:53: After clicking "Add," then enter the basic information for your task, such as its

02:58: subject and type.

03:02: Many options are pre-filled when you add a new task.

03:07: Another new feature is the search assistant evolution.

03:10: It can now take into consideration more complex transaction criteria.

03:15: For example, 2025 donors that have made no transactions in 2026.

03:22: The last new feature is the cross analysis by AI in natural language

03:27: From the drop-down menu, select Analysis,

03:29: then AI Cross-Analysis.
