DETAILED PROCEDURE
Accessing the “Forgot Password” option
On the Prodon Web login page, click “Forgot Password” if you can’t remember your password.Submitting your email address
Enter your email address in the required field.Click “Submit”.
An email containing a reset link will be sent to you.
Opening the password reset email
In the email you receive, click “Reset my password”.
After clicking, enter the token provided in the email to complete the two‑factor authentication step.
Creating a new password
Enter your new password, then confirm it by typing it again.A confirmation message will appear once the change has been successfully completed.
Logging back into Prodon Web
Enter your email address and new password again, then click “Login”.You will receive a new email with a new token, which must be used to validate the two‑factor authentication again.
Accessing Prodon Web
