FAQ - Import transactions into Prodon

1. How do I access the import function?

You need to go to the “Transactions” tab, then click on “Imports.”

2. How do I start an import?

Click the “Import” button to launch the process.

3. Can I continue using Prodon during the import?

Yes.
While the import is in progress, you can continue using Prodon as usual.

4. How will I know when the import is complete?

A confirmation message will appear on the screen once the import is finished.

5. What should I do after the import?

Simply click “OK” in the confirmation message to finalize the process.
