DETAILED PROCEDURE


Access the client record

Open the client record from the client list.
If an alert is associated with the record, it will automatically appear when opened.
(Alerts can only be configured in the Prodon Classic .)


Navigating in the client list

To return to the client list, click the arrow located to the left of “Client Record.”
Use the arrows at the top to move to the previous or next record.


Main information displayed

In the top-left corner of the record, you will find:

  • Full name
  • Client number
  • Preferred phone number
  • Preferred email address
  • Default address

(To modify the preferred phone or email, this must be done through Prodon Classic.)


RFM

The RFM indicates:

  • Recency (date of the last transaction)
  • Frequency (number of transactions)
  • Monetary value (value of the transactions)

Actions available through the record

  • Add transaction
  • Fill out a form
  • Add relation

Information tabs

On the side of the record, tabs group the client’s detailed information (history, relationships, etc.).


Summary and modification

At the top, a summary of the main information is generated by artificial intelligence.
The main and additional information (address, etc.) appears at the bottom right.
To modify any information, click the pencil icon on the right.
