FAQ - Widget - Add / Edit / Delete

1. How do I add a widget?

To add a widget, select the appropriate dashboard.
Then click the “+” button, enter a title, set the position, and choose the location (data source).
Configure the quick filters, select the display mode, the analysis grid, and the calculation.
Click “Save” to record the widget.


2. Which fields are required?

The required fields are:

  • Title
  • Position
  • Location
  • Quick filters
  • Display mode
  • Analysis grid
  • Calculation

3. What is the purpose of the location?

The location determines the data source that the widget will display.


4. What do quick filters do?

Quick filters allow you to limit the displayed data based on simple criteria such as time period or type of information.


5. Is the saved filter required?

No.
It is used to apply a filter created in Prodon Classic to display a targeted subset of the data.


6. How do I edit a widget?

To edit a widget, hover over it, click the pencil icon, adjust the desired settings, and save your changes.


7. How do I delete a widget?

To delete a widget, hover over it, click the trash icon, then confirm by clicking “Yes.”


8. My widget shows “no data.” What should I do?

Check that the selected location is correct, that the quick filters are not too restrictive, and that the analysis grid and calculation are properly configured.


9. My changes are not appearing.

Try refreshing the page.
If the issue persists, log out and log back in.


10. The widget is not in the expected order.

Adjust the position value to change the display order of the widgets.
