FAQ - Switching Organizations (requires the Multi-Organization module)
1. What is the purpose of the organization switch feature?
It allows a user with access to multiple organizations in ProDon to switch from one environment to another, each with its own data, settings, and users.
2. Is this feature available to all users?
No.
It is only accessible if your organization has the Multi-Organization module and the user has the necessary access rights to multiple organizations.
3. How do I switch organizations in ProDon?
Click on the silhouette icon at the top right of the screen.
A list of available organizations will appear.
Click on the desired organization.
You will be automatically redirected to that organization’s environment.
4. Do I need to log in again each time I switch?
No.
The switch is instant and does not require you to log in again.
5. What should I check before switching organizations?
Make sure you have the necessary permissions.
Please note that the displayed data—such as clients, transactions, and reports—will be specific to the selected organization.
6. Can I work in multiple organizations at the same time?
No.
You can only be active in one organization at a time.
You must switch manually to access another.
