Multi-factor authentication is a security method that requires two elements to confirm your identity:

2. Why should I reset my multi-factor authentication?
You may need to reset your multi-factor authentication if:
- You’ve changed phones
- You no longer have access to your authentication app

3. How do I access the reset option?
Once logged into Prodon Web:
- Click on the silhouette icon at the top right of the screen
- Select “Reset multi-factor authentication” from the dropdown menu
4. What happens after I reset multi-factor authentication?
A confirmation message will appear.During your next login, you will need to:
- Choose a new authentication method (app or email)
- Enter your credentials
- Use the selected method to validate your login
5. What authentication methods are available?
You can choose between:- An authentication app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator)
- A code sent by email
6. What should I do if I don’t receive the code by email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure the email address associated with your account is correct
