FAQ – Phone – Add / Modify / Remove

1. Where can I modify a phone number?

In the “Clients” section, search for the client, open their profile, then click the pencil icon at the top right to access the edit mode.

2. What types of phone numbers can I manage?

You can add, modify, or remove the following types:

• Home phone
• Work phone
• Mobile phone
• Fax
• Toll-free number
• Pager

3. How do I search for a client?

Use the search bar in the “Clients” section, then click on the client’s row to open their profile.

4. Can I delete a phone number?

Yes.
Simply clear the content of the corresponding field, then click “Save.”

5. Do I need to manually save changes?

Yes.
After any modification, click “Save” to record the changes.
