FAQ — Modify or View a Transaction

1. Where can I view or edit a transaction?

You can access a transaction in two ways:

  • From the Transactions section.
  • From a client’s file, under the Transactions tab.

2. How do I edit a transaction?

  • Open the transaction you want to modify, then click the pencil icon on the right.
  • Make the necessary changes and click “Save.”

3. Can electronic (Paysafe) transactions be modified?

No.
Electronic transactions cannot be modified in this version of Prodon Web.


4. How do I view a transaction without editing it?

Simply click the transaction to display its details.
No additional action is required.


5. How do I access a specific client’s transactions?

Open the Clients section, search for the desired client, and go to the Transactions tab in their file.


6. My changes aren’t being saved — what should I do?

Make sure you clicked “Save” after making your adjustments.
If you skip this step, your changes will not be applied.
