1. What is the address to access the LogiCloud service?

You need to go to the address: https://login.logilys.com


2. What should I do if I forgot my password?

On the login page, at the top right, there is a button labeled "Reset your Windows password".
Click it to reset your password.


3. Which credentials should I use?

You need to enter:

  • Your username
  • Your password

4. How does multi-factor authentication work?

After entering your credentials:

  • You will receive a verification code by email or through a mobile app.
  • Enter this code in the designated field, then click "Validate".

5. What should I do if I don’t receive the verification code?

Check the following:

  • Your spam or junk mail folder.
  • That your mobile app is properly configured.
