FAQ - Email – Add / Edit / Remove
1. Where can I edit a client’s email address?
In the “Clients” section, search for the individual or company, then click the pencil icon in the top right corner to access the editing screen.
2. How can I quickly search for a client?
- Click on a column in the search bar (e.g., name, company).
- Enter the client’s name.
- Click “Apply” to display the results.
3. Can I add multiple email addresses?
Yes.
You can enter:
- A personal email address
- A professional email address
4. What if I want to delete an email address?
Access the editing screen via the pencil icon, delete the email address you want to remove, then click “Save”.
5. Are changes saved automatically?
No.
You must click “Save” in the top right corner for the changes to take effect.
