FAQ - Edit a client

 

1. How do I access a client’s profile?

Go to the “Clients” tab, then use the search bar to find the desired client.


2. How do I edit a client’s information?

Once the client profile is open, click on the pencil icon in the top right corner to make changes.


3. What information can I edit?

You can edit fields such as:

  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email
  • Company information
  • Other personal or professional details

4. How do I save the changes?

After making the changes, click “Save” at the top right of the profile.


5. Can I cancel the changes before saving?

Yes.
You can click “Cancel” if you do not wish to save the changes made.
