FAQ - Disconnecting from the hosted service

1. How do I properly log out of the LogiCloud service?

To log out, click the "Start" button in the hosted session (not the one on your local computer), then click the silhouette icon and select "Log out".

2. What’s the difference between the LogiCloud Start menu and my computer’s Start menu?

The LogiCloud Start menu is located within the remote session.
Do not confuse it with your local computer’s Start menu, as only logging out through LogiCloud properly closes the hosted session.

3. What happens if I just close the window without logging out?

Closing the window without logging out may leave your session running in the background, which can lead to performance issues or connection problems the next time you use the service.

4. Do I need to log out every time?

Yes.
It is strongly recommended to always log out properly to ensure the security of your data and the smooth operation of the service.
