AI-Powered Cross-Analysis

DETAILED PROCEDURE

Here is a detailed procedure for performing cross analyses with artificial intelligence in Prodon Web.

Access the AI Cross-Analysis

This feature is accessible from the "Transactions" and "Clients" tabs.
Click the desired tab, then the options menu, and select "Analyses" and "AI Cross-Analysis".

Describe and generate the analysis

Describe the desired analysis in the field provided, then click "Generate".
If the query is inadequate, a warning message appears; it must then be rephrased according to the instructions shown, and the analysis relaunched.

Review the results

The results are displayed in a new window, shown by default as a grid.
They can also be displayed as a donut chart, pie chart, line chart, or histogram.

Edit the query and view its context

Click the pencil icon to edit the query if needed.
Click the "i" icon to display the query's context, which appears at the top of the window.

Export the results

The results can be exported in Excel or CSV format.
The analysis title can also be changed directly in the window.

Add the analysis to the dashboard

Click "Add to dashboard" to make the analysis available from the dashboard.
A confirmation message appears indicating that the analysis was added, and if several dashboards are available, they are shown in a drop-down menu allowing the desired one to be selected.

View the dashboard

Click "Home" to view the dashboard once the query has been added.
Use the scroll bar to view all the data displayed.
