FAQ - Select a filter

1. Why do I need to create a filter in Prodon Classic before using it in Prodon Web?

Because currently, it is not possible to create filters directly in Prodon Web.
Therefore, filters must first be configured in Prodon Classic in order to be visible and usable in Prodon Web.

2. How do I use a filter in Prodon Web?

  • Log in to Prodon Web.

  • Go to the appropriate management section.

  • Open the filter dropdown list.

  • Select the filter you created in Prodon Classic.

3. What happens after selecting a filter?

The results matching the filter criteria will automatically appear in the list.
