DETAILED PROCEDURE
Access the Client File Summary
Open the client file from the client list.Locate the “Summary” section in the upper‑right portion of the client file.
The summary automatically appears when the file is opened.
Tip: This overview provides a quick snapshot of the donor’s history without needing to navigate through every tab.
Information Displayed in the Summary
The summary includes the following key indicators:
- Total lifetime transactions: the cumulative amount of all donations since the very first gift.
- Total number of transactions: the overall count of all completed transactions.
- Date of last donation: helps assess donor recency.
- Total amount for the last 12 months: offers a view of recent annual engagement.
- Presence of recurring donations (if applicable): indicates whether the donor has active recurring gifts.
- Pending tasks: list of follow‑up actions associated with the client.
Good to know: These elements support RFM analysis (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) and help prioritize follow‑ups.

When changes are made in Prodon Classic (e.g., new transaction, correction, activation of a recurring gift), use the refresh button to update the summary.
