Modify or View a Transaction

Viewing and editing a transaction can be done from two different sections in Prodon Web:

  • Transaction Management
  • Client File

Important: In this version of Prodon Web, electronic transactions (Paysafe) cannot be modified.


From Transaction Management

  1. Go to the Transactions section from the main menu.
  2. Click on the transaction you want to view or edit.

Edit the Transaction

  1. Click the pencil icon located to the right of the transaction.
  2. Make the necessary adjustments in the transaction form.
  3. Click “Save” to confirm your changes.

From the Client File

  1. Go to the Clients section from the main menu.
  2. Search for the appropriate client and click on their name to open their file.
  3. In the client file, open the Transactions tab.
  4. Click on the transaction you want to view or edit.

Edit the Transaction

  1. Click the pencil icon to the right of the transaction.
  2. Make the required adjustments.
  3. Click “Save” to record your changes.
