Modify or View a Transaction
Viewing and editing a transaction can be done from two different sections in Prodon Web:
- Transaction Management
- Client File
Important: In this version of Prodon Web, electronic transactions (Paysafe) cannot be modified.
From Transaction Management
- Go to the Transactions section from the main menu.
- Click on the transaction you want to view or edit.
Edit the Transaction
- Click the pencil icon located to the right of the transaction.
- Make the necessary adjustments in the transaction form.
- Click “Save” to confirm your changes.
From the Client File
- Go to the Clients section from the main menu.
- Search for the appropriate client and click on their name to open their file.
- In the client file, open the Transactions tab.
- Click on the transaction you want to view or edit.
Edit the Transaction
- Click the pencil icon to the right of the transaction.
- Make the required adjustments.
- Click “Save” to record your changes.
