Electronic transactions management

Detailed Procedure

View electronic transactions

A single screen groups all transactions by status: "To be validated", "Pending", "Accepted" and "Denied".
Upon login, a pop-up window automatically appears if electronic transactions need to be processed; simply click the orange card icon to view them.
Hovering over this icon shows the number of transactions per status.

If transactions appear with the "Unknown" status, submit a support request (support@logilys.com) so the situation can be corrected.

Edit a transaction to be validated

Transactions "To be validated" concern only expired credit cards or addresses to validate.
Hovering the mouse over a transaction makes an icon appear; click it to access the transaction to edit.

Edit the transaction's general information

Click the pencil icon at the top of the record to edit the transaction's information. Once the changes are complete, click "Save".
If needed, click the orange credit card icon in the record to view the token information and the transaction status.

Update an expired credit card

Click the row of the transaction whose expired credit card needs to be updated, then click the orange icon to open the payment token edit window.
Select the new expiration date using the calendar.
Click "Save" once the change is complete.

The calendar requires choosing a full date; only the month and year matter, so any day within the same month and year as the expiration date shown on the card can be selected.

Validate a client's address

Click the row of the transaction whose address needs to be validated.
If needed, click the arrow icon next to the transaction's reason, under the client's name, to open the transaction.

Edit the payment token via manual entry

If needed, enable manual entry to edit the client's information.
If manual entry is not enabled, edit the contact information, then select the desired address from those proposed.
Click "Save" to save the changes.

View pending transactions

"Pending" transactions are automatically sent to the platforms on the correct dates, meaning the transaction dates.
Their status updates automatically in Prodon Web as soon as they are accepted or declined.
This section only allows viewing pending transactions.

Deposit accepted transactions

Filter transactions by date, client, or payment method ("Credit card" or "Bank transfer"); check the "CLIENT" box to select all clients.
Once the transaction(s) are selected, click "Deposit".

To access the transaction deferral steps, consult the documentation Submit a Deposit.

View a denied transaction

Denied transactions display the reason for the denied and are automatically removed from the list once the transaction is corrected.
Click the desired client to view the transaction's information; a new tab opens in the browser.

The icon next to the error message indicates that it comes from the external payment provider and cannot be translated.

Edit the payment token of a denied transaction

In the general information, view the transaction's details (if needed, click the pencil icon to edit them).
Select the credit card icon to view the payment token information.

Clicking the credit card icon does not allow editing the token. To edit it, the transaction must first be edited ("pencil icon"), then click the credit card icon to the right of the card information.

Save the token modification

This action opens the payment token edit window.
Once the changes are complete, click "Save".

Add a new credit card

In the "General information" section, under "Card", click "Add a card" from the drop-down menu.
This window allows you to confirm and enter the new card's information; if needed, enable manual entry.
Click "Continue to secure entry" to enter the new card's information.

Pay with the new card

A new tab opens to access the payment details.
After entering the new payment information, click "Pay".
