Generating custom reports

 Detailed Procedure

Here is a detailed procedure for generating custom reports in Prodon Web.

Particularities

The creation and modification of custom reports is currently done in ProDon Classic.
The steps below are identical across all sections of Prodon Web, except for the "Home" section, where this feature is not offered.

Accessing a section's reports

Click on the "⋮" menu, select "Export", then "Reports".

Selecting the report to generate

Select the custom report to generate from the displayed list.
If the selected report contains no columns to export, a warning message appears and the report must be modified in ProDon Classic before it can be generated.

Retrieving the generated report

The report is generated in Excel format and appears in the "Downloads" folder. Open or save the file, as needed.
