FAQ - Client File Summary
1. Where is the AI‑generated summary located in the client file?
The summary is located in the upper‑right section of the client file.
It is visible as soon as the file is opened.
2. What does the AI‑generated summary contain?
It displays the following key indicators:
- Total lifetime transactions
- Total number of transactions
- Date of last donation
- Total donation amount for the last 12 months
- Presence of recurring donations (if applicable)
- Tasks to be completed for this client
3. How is the information in the summary generated?
It is automatically calculated from the client data stored in Prodon.
The artificial intelligence groups and formats the information to make it easy to read at a glance.
4. Why might the summary data not be up to date?
If a transaction or modification is made in Prodon Classic, the summary may not refresh automatically.
In this case, use the refresh button.
5. How do I update the summary?
Click the refresh button directly within the summary panel.
The data will be recalculated and updated.
6. What should I do if the information still seems incorrect after refreshing?
- Confirm that the modification was properly saved in Prodon Classic.
- Make sure the correction applies to a valid transaction.
- If the issue persists, contact the support team.
7. What is the purpose of the “Tasks to be completed” section in the summary?
It lists pending actions associated with the client (follow‑ups, reminders, updates, communications, etc.) to help prioritize interventions efficiently.
8. Can the summary be customized?
No.
Its content is generated automatically and cannot be customized by the user.
9. Does the summary replace navigating through the client tabs?
No.
It provides a quick overview, but the full details of transactions, relationships, and history are located in the tabs on the left side of the client file.
10. Can I print or export the summary?
Not at this time.
The summary is only displayed within the interface.
