FAQ - Print from the hosted service
1. Can I print directly from Prodon in LogiCloud?
Yes.
Once you’ve selected what you want to print in Prodon, a print window will open.
Simply choose your local printer (the one in your office) and click "Print".
2. Does printing also work with Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)?
Yes.
From a hosted Office application, click "Print", select your local printer in the window that appears, then click "Print".
3. My printer doesn’t appear in the list. What should I do?
This may indicate that your local printer is not properly redirected in your LogiCloud session.
Check your session settings or contact technical support.
4. Do I need to install printer drivers in LogiCloud?
No.
The LogiCloud environment automatically redirects local printers.
No additional drivers are required in the hosted session.
5. Can I print to a network printer?
Yes.
If the network printer is visible from your local workstation and redirected in the LogiCloud session, it will appear in the list of available printers.
