FAQ - Forgotten Password

1. Where is the “Forgot Password” option located?

It is located on the Prodon Web login page, below the password field.


2. What should I do if I forget my password?

Click “Forgot Password”, enter your email address, and submit the request.
A password reset email will be sent to you.


3. What does the reset email contain?

It contains a link labeled “Reset my password”, which you must click to continue.


4. Why do I need to enter a token?

The token sent by email is required to complete two‑factor authentication, ensuring the security of your password reset.


5. How do I create a new password?

After validating the link and token, you must:

  • enter a new password,
  • then confirm it.
    A confirmation message will appear once the process is completed.

6. Will I need to authenticate again after changing my password?

Yes.
When you log in with your new password, you will receive a new email with a new token, which must be validated for two‑factor authentication.


7. When will I gain access to Prodon Web?

As soon as you validate the token, Prodon Web will open automatically.
