FAQ - Custom Report Generation

1. Where can I generate a custom report?

In any section of Prodon Web, by clicking on the "⋮" menu, then selecting "Export" and "Reports".

2. Can I generate a custom report from the "Home" section?

No.
This feature is not offered in the "Home" section.

3. Where can I create or modify a custom report?

The creation and modification of custom reports is currently done in ProDon Classic.

4. What should I do if the selected report contains no columns to export?

A warning message appears.
The report must be modified in ProDon Classic before it can be generated.

5. What should I do if no custom report appears in the list?

This means no report has been created yet for this section.
The report must be created in ProDon Classic.

6. In what format is the report generated, and where can I find it?

The report is generated in Excel format and appears in the "Downloads" folder, where it can be opened or saved as needed.
