FAQ - Managing electronic transactions
1. Where can I view electronic transactions?
All transactions are grouped in a single screen, accessible by clicking the orange card icon at the top of Prodon Web.
A pop-up window also appears automatically upon login if transactions need to be processed.
2. What are the possible statuses for a transaction?
- To be validated
- Pending
- Accepted
- Denied
3. What should I do if a transaction shows the "Unknown" status?
Submit a support request to support@logilys.com so the situation can be corrected.
4. What does the "To be validated" status cover?
This status concerns only expired credit cards or addresses to validate.
5. How do I update an expired credit card?
Click the transaction concerned, then click the orange icon to edit the payment token.
Select a new expiration date using the calendar; only the month and year matter, so any day can be chosen at random.
6. Can I validate a client's address directly from the transaction?
Yes.
Click the row of the transaction concerned, or the arrow icon next to the reason, under the client's name, to open the transaction and validate the address.
7. Can I edit the client's information without using manual entry?
Yes.
If manual entry is not enabled, it is possible to edit the contact information and select the desired address from those proposed.
8. What can I do in the "Pending" section?
This section only allows viewing transactions.
They are automatically sent to the platforms on the correct dates, and their status updates automatically once accepted or denied.
9. How do I filter accepted transactions before depositing them?
It is possible to filter by date, client, or payment method:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
Checking the "CLIENT" box selects all clients at once.
10. What does the error message displayed on a declined transaction mean?
The reason for the decline is displayed with the transaction.
The icon next to the message indicates that it comes from the external payment provider and cannot be translated.
11. Does a denied transaction stay in the list after being corrected?
No.
Once the transaction is corrected, it is automatically removed from the list of denied transactions.
12. Can I edit the payment token directly from the credit card icon?
No.
The transaction must first be edited ("pencil icon"), then click the credit card icon to the right of the card information.
13. What should I do if the client doesn't have a credit card on file yet?
In the "General information" section, under "Card", click "Add a card" from the drop-down menu, then click "Continue to secure entry" to add a new card.
14. How do I process a transaction deferral?
Consult the documentation "Submit a Deposit" for the steps to follow.
