FAQ - Generating and Sending Electronic Receipts
1. Where can I enable the feature to generate and send electronic receipts?
You can enable this feature from the home page by clicking on the gear icon to access the settings.
2. How do I activate the generation and sending of electronic receipts?
In the settings, find the option “Generate and send eReceipts”, then turn on the switch located on the left.
3. Can I choose the delay before the receipts are sent?
Yes.
You need to set the number of day(s) after the deposit before the receipts are sent.
Important: the minimum value is 1 day.
4. What happens once the feature is activated?
Electronic receipts will be automatically generated and sent after the delay you have selected.
5. Do I need to check anything else before enabling the feature?
Yes.
Make sure the configuration for electronic receipts is properly set up in your Prodon Classique.
6. Does the automatic generation of electronic receipts also work for consolidated receipts?
No.
Automatic generation of electronic receipts does not apply to consolidated receipts.
These must be produced manually, as usual.
