FAQ - Detailed Client Record

1. What happens when an alert is associated with a client record?

When an alert is configured, it automatically appears when the client record is opened.
(Alerts can only be configured in Prodon Classic.)


2. How do I return to the client list?

Click the arrow located to the left of the “Client Record” title to go back to the list.


3. What main information is displayed at the top of the record?

  • Full name
  • Client number
  • Preferred phone number
  • Preferred email address
  • Default address

(To modify the preferred phone or email, changes must be made in Prodon Classic.)


4. What does RFM mean?

RFM refers to:

  • Recency: date of the last transaction
  • Frequency: number of transactions
  • Monetary value: value of the transactions

5. What actions can I perform from the client record?

  • Add a transaction
  • Fill out a web form
  • Add a relationship

6. Where can I find the client’s detailed information?

On the side of the record, tabs group the information related to the client (history, relationships, etc.).


7. How do I modify the client’s information?

The main and additional information appears at the bottom right.
Click the pencil icon to make changes.


8. What is the purpose of the summary at the top of the record?

It is a summary of the key client information, generated by artificial intelligence.
