FAQ - Change your password in Prodon Web
1. How can I change my password in Prodon Web?
Click on the profile icon at the top right.
Select “Change Password.”
Enter your current password, then your new password and its confirmation.
Click “Submit.”
2. What happens after I click “Submit”?
A confirmation message will appear indicating that the password has been successfully changed.
Click “OK” to finalize.
3. Do I need to log in again after changing my password?
Yes.
Once the password is changed, you will need to log in again using your new password.
4. What should I do if I forgot my current password?
In that case, use the password reset function on the login screen or contact technical support.
5. Are there any specific requirements for the new password?
The requirements are the same as those configured in your Prodon Classic.
