FAQ – Notification Center

1. Where can I find my notifications?

Click the orange bell icon in the toolbar to access your notifications.


2. What is the difference between “Unread” and “All”?

  • Unread: shows only notifications you have not viewed yet.
  • All: shows every notification, regardless of status.

3. How do I select multiple notifications?

You can:

  • Click Select All to check everything at once, or
  • Select notifications individually.

4. How can I tell if a notification is read or unread?

  • Black bold text = unread notification
  • Light grey text = read notification

5. Can I mark several notifications as read at once?

Yes.
Select all the desired notifications and click “Mark as read.”

6. How do I delete a notification?

Select one or more notifications, then click Delete.
They will be moved to the Trash.


7. Where can I find notifications I deleted?

Deleted notifications are located in the Trash tab.


8. How do I restore a deleted notification?

In the Trash, click Restore to move it back into the active list.


9. Why do I see a message saying the trash is empty?

This message appears when no deleted notifications are currently stored.
Note: the system always keeps the 25 most recently deleted notifications.


10. How long do notifications stay in the trash?

The system retains the last 25 deleted notifications, regardless of date.
