3. What is the main advantage of the search assistant?
The assistant makes it possible to:
- save time
- perform more intuitive searches
- avoid manual filter configuration
- quickly obtain relevant results from simple phrases
4. How can you phrase a search effectively?
It is recommended to:
- use a simple sentence
- avoid overly abstract concepts
- clearly state what you are looking for (name, date, activity, campaign, etc.)
Example: “All Steves”
5. What types of searches work well with AI?
Searches that work best are based on:
- known fields (first name, last name, date, campaign, opportunity)
- simple and concrete criteria
Working example: “All my golf transactions”
6. What searches do not work with the assistant?
The assistant does not handle:
- complex multiple conditions (AND, OR)
- concepts that are not defined within system fields
Non-working example: “All individuals in a relationship”
The AI does not recognize the concept of a relationship.
7. Does the assistant replace traditional filters?
No.
The search assistant is a complementary tool.
Traditional filters remain available for very precise or advanced searches.
8. What should you do if the results are not relevant?
After each search, you can:
- click the thumbs-down icon
- briefly explain what did not work
This feedback helps improve the assistant’s intelligence and relevance.
9. What are the thumbs-up and thumbs-down icons used for?
The thumbs-up / thumbs-down system allows users to:

10. What happens when a thumbs-down is selected?
When a thumbs-down is clicked:
- a window automatically opens
- the user can explain why the result was unsatisfactory

12. Can the displayed results be modified?
The displayed results correspond to the submitted search.
To change them, you must:
- rephrase the search
- or submit a new query

Yes.
Thanks to the feedback system (thumbs), the assistant gradually improves based on user comments.
14. Does the assistant always display all possible results?
The assistant displays results based on its interpretation of the request.
