FAQ - Web form creation wizard

1. What is the web form creation wizard used for?
It allows you to quickly create a form to launch an online donation campaign, whether one-time or recurring.


2. How do you access the wizard?
The wizard is accessible from the “Forms” tab by clicking “Add.”


3. Which type of form should be selected?
At this time, only the “Donation campaign” type can be selected to create a one-time or recurring donation form.


4. Can the steps be modified during creation?
Yes.
You can move forward or go back at any time using the “Next” and “Back” options.


5. Which payment methods are available?
Only electronic payment methods are available: credit card and bank transfer, depending on which are active in the system.


6. Are confirmation emails mandatory?
Yes.
The transaction confirmation email must be configured.
The commitment confirmation email is required only if recurring donations are enabled.


7. How can I customize the appearance of a Web form?

The Appearance tab allows you to select a theme, an image group, and a label group. If no option is selected, the default settings are applied automatically. The “Go to Backoffice” button allows you to manage these visual elements.


8. What happens when you click “Finish”?
The form is automatically published.
If it is not published, it is saved with the status “In development.”
