FAQ - Cross Analyses with Artificial Intelligence
1. Where can I access AI cross analyses?
This feature is accessible from the "Transactions" and "Clients" sections.
Click the options menu, then select "Analyses" and "AI Cross-Analysis".
2. How do I formulate an analysis request?
Simply describe the desired analysis, in your own words, in the field provided, then click "Generate".
The AI interprets the request and translates it into an SQL query for display.
3. What should I do if a warning message appears after generating a query?
This means the query is inadequate.
It must be rephrased according to the instructions shown, then the analysis relaunched.
4. In what forms can the results be displayed?
By default, the results are displayed as a grid.
They can also be presented in one of the following forms:
- donut chart
- pie chart
- line chart
- histogram
5. Can I edit a query after it has been generated?
Yes.
By clicking the pencil icon.
It is also possible to display the context applied to the query by clicking the "i" icon, which appears at the top of the window.
6. Can I export the results of an analysis?
Yes.
The results can be exported in Excel or CSV format.
The analysis title can also be changed before exporting.
7. How do I make an analysis accessible on a dashboard?
Click "Add to dashboard".
A confirmation message appears indicating that the analysis was added.
8. What should I do if several dashboards are available?
They are shown in a drop-down menu allowing the desired one to be selected for adding the analysis.
9. How do I view the dashboard once the analysis has been added?
Click "Home".
Use the scroll bar to view all the data displayed.
