FAQ - Adding a transaction via the client file

 

1. How do I access a client’s record?

  • Go to “Clients”.
  • Use the search bar to find the client.
  • Click on the client’s row to open their record.

2. How do I add a transaction to a client?

  • In the client record, click on “Add a Transaction”.
  • Select the appropriate Web form from the dropdown list.
  • Click “Confirm”.

3. What information do I need to complete a transaction?

You need to provide:

  • The donor’s contact information
  • The type of donation (one-time or monthly)
  • The donation amount
  • The email address
  • The payment method

4. What payment methods are available?

This depends on the options you have configured in your Web form.


5. Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes.
A confirmation page will appear at the end, and a confirmation email is sent automatically.


6. How can I view the transaction in Prodon?

  • Go to the “Transactions” module.
  • Click on “Imports”, then on “Import”.
  • During data import, you can continue to use Prodon.
  • Once completed, a success message will appear.

7. Can I continue to use Prodon during the importation?

Yes.
The import runs in the background without interrupting your work.
