FAQ - Generate automated commitments

1. What is automatic payment generation?

It’s a feature that allows ProDon to automatically generate and send recurring commitment transactions to Paysafe (Netbanx) without manual intervention.

2. What types of commitments are affected?

Only recurring commitments with instant payment.

3. How do I enable automatic generation?

  • From the homepage, click the gear icon.
  • Locate the option “Generate automated commitments”
  • Click the switch on the left to enable the feature.

4. What happens once the feature is enabled?

  • Payments are generated automatically every day.
  • They are sent to Paysafe (Netbanx) according to the predefined dates in the commitments.

5. Should I check anything before enabling this feature?

Yes.
Make sure that recurring commitments are properly configured with valid dates.

6. Can the feature be disable later?

Yes.
Simply return to the options and turn off the switch.

You will then need to generate payments manually.
