Generate automated commitments

DETAILED PROCEDURE

Here is a detailed procedure to enable the automatic generation of payments in ProDon Web.

This feature allows the system to automatically generate and send recurring commitment transactions to Paysafe (Netbanx) according to the scheduled dates.

Access the settings

From the ProDon homepage, click on the gear icon to open the configuration options.

Activate the automatic function

In the options, locate the switch to the left of:
“Generate automated commitments”.
Click the switch to activate it.

Result of activation

Once activated, the function will:

  • Automatically generate payments for all recurring commitments.
  • Send transactions to Paysafe (Netbanx) daily, based on the predefined dates in the commitments.
    This will only apply to commitments with instant payment.

Tip

Make sure that recurring commitments are properly configured with valid dates.
