FAQ - Copy files from the hosted service to the computer

1. Where do I start to transfer a file from the hosted service?

Open your hosted service, then click the arrow at the top to access the transfer options.

2. Which option should I choose to copy a file to my computer?

Select the "From server to PC" option to indicate that you want to transfer a file from the hosted service to your local machine.

3. How do I select the file to transfer?

Once the option is selected, a window will open.
Browse the available files, select the one you want, then click "Open".

4. Where can I find the file after the transfer?

The file will be available in the "Downloads" folder on your local computer.

5. What should I do if I don’t see the file in my Downloads folder?

Check that the transfer completed successfully.
