Copy files from the hosted service to the computer

 

DETAILED PROCEDURE

Here is a detailed procedure for copying files from the hosted service to your computer.

Access the transfer option

Open your hosted service.
Click on the arrow at the top of the application to display the transfer options.

Choose the transfer direction

Click on "From server to PC" to indicate that you want to transfer a file from the hosted service to your computer.

Select the file to transfer

A file selection window will open.
Browse the available files on the hosted service.
Select the desired file, then click "Open".

Access the transferred file

Once the transfer is complete, open the "Downloads" folder on your local computer.
You will find the file you just transferred there.
