FAQ - Copy files from the computer to the hosted service

1: How do I access the hosted service interface?

Log in to the hosted service.
Click on the grey arrow located at the top of the hosting interface to open the transfer options.

2: How do I start the transfer from my computer?

Click the “From PC to server” button.

3: How do I select the file to transfer?

A file selection window will open.
Browse through your folders to find the file you want to transfer.
Select the file, then click “Open.”

4: How do I complete the transfer?

The file will be automatically transferred to the desktop of the hosted environment (remote server desktop).
You can then move or use it as needed.
